Welcome to BEAT STREET ("Festival", "Event", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing a ticket, entering the festival venue, accessing our website, or participating in any BEAT STREET event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase tickets or attend the festival.

1. General

BEAT STREET reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website shall prevail. Attendance at the festival constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchase

Tickets are available exclusively through the official BEAT STREET website and authorized ticketing partners. Tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers, resellers, scalpers, or third-party marketplaces may be invalid and entry may be refused without refund. The organizer shall not be responsible for fraudulent or counterfeit tickets.

3. Ticket Validity

  • Every attendee must possess a valid ticket.
  • Tickets are valid only for the event date(s) specified.
  • Each ticket is valid for one-time entry only unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Duplicate, copied, forged, altered, or tampered tickets will be cancelled without refund.

4. Ticket Transfers

Ticket transfers, if permitted, shall be governed by the applicable ticket transfer policy announced by BEAT STREET.

5. Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final.
  • Tickets are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • In the event of postponement or rescheduling, tickets shall remain valid for the revised date unless otherwise communicated.
  • Processing fees, booking fees, convenience charges, taxes, and third-party charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Admission Rights

BEAT STREET reserves the absolute right to:

  • Refuse entry
  • Remove any attendee
  • Cancel any ticket
  • Deny re-entry
  • Remove disruptive individuals
  • Remove intoxicated persons
  • Remove persons violating these Terms
  • Refuse admission without assigning any reason where necessary for safety, security or operational purposes

Such decisions shall be final.

7. Security Screening

All attendees, bags, personal belongings and vehicles are subject to mandatory security screening. Failure to cooperate may result in denial of entry. Prohibited items may be confiscated.

8. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited:

  • Outside food & beverages
  • Illegal drugs / Narcotics
  • Weapons / Firearms / Knives / Sharp objects
  • Fireworks / Explosives
  • Glass containers / Metal containers
  • Laser pointers / Drones
  • Professional photography equipment without accreditation
  • Audio recording equipment
  • Oversized bags / Hazardous materials
  • Any item considered dangerous or disruptive by the organizer

Possession of prohibited items may result in removal without refund.

9. Code of Conduct

Attendees must behave responsibly and respectfully. The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Violence / Harassment / Threatening behaviour / Fighting
  • Discrimination / Hate speech
  • Vandalism / Public nuisance / Illegal activity
  • Damage to festival property
  • Non-compliance with security instructions

Any violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

10. Alcohol Policy

Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed by persons of legal drinking age in accordance with applicable laws. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required. BEAT STREET reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any person. Responsible drinking is encouraged.

11. Age Restrictions

  • Attendees below 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult.
  • Children below 3 years may enter free only when accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
  • All other attendees require a valid ticket.

12. Medical Conditions

Attendees participate at their own risk. Individuals with existing medical conditions should consult their physician before attending. Prescription medicines may be carried only in original packaging together with supporting documentation where required.

13. Medical Emergencies

Medical assistance will be available. However, BEAT STREET shall not be liable for personal medical conditions, allergic reactions, dehydration, injuries arising from attendee negligence, pre-existing illnesses, or failure to seek medical assistance.

14. Photography & Recording

By entering the festival, attendees grant BEAT STREET, its affiliates, sponsors, partners and media representatives the irrevocable right to photograph, film, livestream and record them. These materials may be used worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation, for marketing, advertising, documentaries, social media, promotional campaigns, and future events.

15. Personal Photography

Mobile phones and personal cameras are permitted. Professional photography, videography or commercial recording requires prior written approval. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

16. Weather

BEAT STREET is a rain-or-shine event. The festival may proceed despite adverse weather. For safety reasons, the organizer may delay, suspend, modify, postpone or cancel the event. No liability shall arise from such decisions.

17. Artist Line-up

Artist schedules, performance timings, stage allocations and line-ups are subject to change without notice. Artists may cancel due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for refund.

18. Festival Schedule

Opening times, closing times, activities and attractions may change without notice.

19. Lost Property

Lost & Found services are provided as a convenience only. BEAT STREET makes no guarantee regarding recovery or return of lost items. Attendees are solely responsible for safeguarding their belongings.

20. Parking

Parking is entirely at the owner's risk. BEAT STREET accepts no responsibility for theft, loss, damage, towing, vandalism, or accidents involving parked vehicles.

21. Personal Property

Attendees remain solely responsible for all personal belongings. BEAT STREET shall not be liable for loss, theft or damage of personal property.

22. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at a music festival involves inherent risks including loud music, flashing lights, lasers, smoke effects, pyrotechnics, large crowds, uneven terrain, weather, crowd movement, slips, trips, and falls. Attendees voluntarily assume all associated risks.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEAT STREET, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, venue owners and affiliates shall not be liable for death, injury, illness, property damage, theft, economic loss, missed performances, travel expenses, accommodation costs, indirect damages, consequential damages, or incidental damages.

24. Force Majeure

BEAT STREET shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, delay or modification resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, government orders, strikes, riots, civil unrest, terrorism, war, power failures, venue restrictions, severe weather, or technical failures.

25. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, branding, website content, photographs, videos and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of BEAT STREET and/or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

26. Privacy

Personal information shall be handled in accordance with the BEAT STREET Privacy Policy.

27. Website

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, BEAT STREET does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues.

28. Third-Party Services

BEAT STREET may engage third-party ticketing providers, payment gateways, vendors, parking operators and service providers. BEAT STREET shall not be liable for acts, omissions, delays or failures of third parties except where required by applicable law.

29. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

30. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
